Nevada Bar No. 8278 · Utah Bar No. 8653 · Nevada Real Estate Broker

Chris Sullivan has worked in Las Vegas real estate since 1987 and practiced law here since 1998.
He was first licensed as a Nevada real estate licensee in 1987 and has held a Nevada broker's license since 2005. He began his legal career as a law clerk in the Eighth Judicial District Court, serving Judges Hardcastle, Pavlikowski, and Parraguirre, and then-Chief Judge Lee Gates. He then practiced at two AV-rated firms in real estate, business litigation, and personal injury.
Land
Chris was a consultant and promoter in Laughlin Ranch, the 10,000-acre master-planned community in Bullhead City, Arizona, and worked on it from inception for more than twenty years as Dave Lords' right-hand man. He raised the capital for the development and negotiated its land banking transactions. He controls hundreds of acres there today.
As a broker, Chris has bought and sold more than 2.2 million acres of land in the United States and Brazil.
Teaching
Chris has taught continuing education for Las Vegas REALTORS® (formerly the Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS®), and is currently authoring a graduate-level course for the Nevada Real Estate Division.
Practice
Chris is licensed in Nevada and Utah. His real estate work spans land development, master-planned communities, gaming and hospitality projects, commercial and apartment complexes, and retail. His litigation practice covers partition actions, real estate fraud, partnership disputes, and premises liability.
In a transaction or a partition sale, he has closed deals — not just papered them. In a premises case, he can read the plans, the codes, and the maintenance records that explain why a property was unsafe.
